Refund Policy

Success Study Point is a private, independent coaching and guidance institute in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. This Refund Policy explains when and how the coaching and tuition fees you pay to us can be refunded. Please read it before enrolling. By paying any coaching fee, you agree to the terms below.

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies only to coaching and tuition fees paid directly to Success Study Point for our classes, study material, mentoring and exam-preparation services.

It does not cover any examination, registration or admission fees that you pay to any external board, examination body or government portal. Those fees are paid by you directly to that third party, are governed entirely by their own rules, and are outside our control. We do not collect, hold or refund such fees on anyone's behalf.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund of coaching fees, please contact us in writing (by phone followed by email is best) and include your name, the course/batch you enrolled in, your payment date and amount, and the reason for the request.

  • Requests made before your classes begin, or within 7 days of payment and before you have attended more than two class sessions, are eligible for a refund of the coaching fee, less the non-refundable charges listed in Section 3.
  • Requests made after a batch has substantially started (more than 7 days after payment, or after attending more than two sessions) are handled on a pro-rata or case-by-case basis at the institute's reasonable discretion, and may be limited or declined.

We encourage you to talk to us early. If your situation has changed, reach out — we will always try to find a fair solution, such as transferring you to a later batch.

3. What is non-refundable

The following are non-refundable once paid or provided:

  • Registration / admission-processing charges — these cover the one-time cost of enrolling you and are not refunded.
  • Study material already issued — printed books, notes, practice papers or other materials handed over to you (physically or digitally).
  • Fees for a batch that has substantially started — once classes are well underway, the portion of the fee for sessions already delivered is not refundable.
  • Any discounts, offers or scholarship adjustments already applied to your fee.

4. Processing time

Once a refund is approved, we aim to process it within 7 to 14 working days. The time it takes for the amount to reach you may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Mode of refund

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method wherever possible (for example, back to the same UPI ID, bank account or card used for payment). If that is not feasible, we will agree on an alternative method with you. Refunds are made in Indian Rupees (INR) only.

6. Important notes

  • We provide coaching, study material and guidance only. We never promise or guarantee any particular exam result, and fees are charged for our teaching and support — not for any outcome.
  • This policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your payment applies to that payment.
